Our family birthstone brooch features an elegant silver bow pin that holds a silver tree of life with each custom birthstone color butterfly representing a special person in your life. You may select from one to twelve butterflies to be perched on the silver tree of life charm. Each brooch comes with a printed color copy of the birthstone color chart so the recipient knows exactly which butterflies represent each month. The butterflies are made out of beautifully dyed recycled paper and have been reinforced with a light plastic coating to add stability to the butterflies while maintaining the unique and fresh look of the dyed paper.
