When can I expect to receive my order?
- We will have your order ready to ship from our shop within 1-2 business days. USPS quotes shipping within the US at 3-5 business days with our standard shipping method. You may select Priority (2-3 business days) or Priority Express (1-2 business days) for a faster shipping method at checkout. International orders may take anywhere from 4-21 business days depending on where you are located and the shipping method selected.
Do you accept returns?
- We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, which is why we offer a generous 30-day return policy. This means that from the day you receive your item, you have a whole 30 days to request a return. Please reach out to spotlightjewelry@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will automatically process a refund within 10 business days.
Can I upgrade to faster shipping?
You may select Priority (2-3 business days) or Priority Express (1-2 business days) at checkout if you require faster shipping than our standard 3-5 business days method.
How should I care for my jewelry?
- AVOID CONTACT WITH LIQUIDS AND CHEMICALS
- Exposure to chemicals and liquids can damage or discolor your jewelry pieces. Even everyday substances like hairspray, lotion, perfume or other cosmetics can contain chemicals that will permanently damage the surface of your jewelry.
- SAFELY STORE YOUR JEWELRY
- Jewelry should be stored in a safe, sealed container out of the open air. All SpotLight Jewelry items come in beautiful jewelry boxes that can also double as safe storage for your jewelry pieces.
- REMOVE JEWELRY DURING TASKS
- When performing manual tasks, remove your jewelry to prevent physical damage. Some tasks that should be avoided when wearing jewelry include kitchen work, gardening, exercising and sleeping.
What materials have been used?
Our stainless steel jewelry is perfect for sensitive skin and sensitive ears. Every piece in our WonderLight collection uses stainless steel materials. In our other collections, please refer to the descriptions of each item to verify if the materials used are for sensitive skin.
Do you offer a warranty?
If you ever have any issues with your pieces please reach out as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to make it right! Each piece has a 1-year warranty.
Can I customize a design?
We’d love to customize and personalize your order. Need clip-on ear hooks? A longer chain? Gold instead of silver? Just let us know what you are looking for and we'll do everything we can to make it happen.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders totaling $35 or more, both for domestic and international shipments. Please note that the free shipping threshold applies to the subtotal of your order before any discounts or taxes are applied. For orders below $35, shipping costs will vary based on the customer's location, and the exact price will be calculated during the checkout process.
