To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow our return process. Just include a note with your return requesting an exchange, and we’ll send your replacement right away once we receive your item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you’re located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification needed. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase handy.

 

Refunds
